The European Researchers' Night in Burgas for the 5th consecutive time

Don't miss the European Researchers' Night on Friday 26 September 2014! This is a mega event which takes place every year simultaneously in about 300 cities all over Europe and beyond.

Whether with family, friends, your school, or on your own, you will find yourself exploring science in engaging ways. Discover what researchers really do and why it matters for your daily life... and even what they do besides their science!

The events are supported by the European Commission as part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, which is an EU programme to boost European research careers.

In Burgas scientists from the Regional museum and theologians will present lectures on the subject "The human mind in science and religion."

All participants will be able to view the exhibition "The Mystery of the fire dancers" and a film from the museum collection.


European Researchers' Night 2014 in Burgas starts at 18:00h. in the Ethnographic Museum (ul.Slavyanska 69)
Admission is free!


At 19:00h. the event continues in Burgas Free University with entrepreneurial competition for innovative ideas - Smart Pitch (room 208 BFU).
