Jazz at the Ethnographic Museum with Angel Zaberski Trio on August 1

On August 1 (Tuesday), from 19.30, jazz lovers in Burgas will have the opportunity to enjoy the music of Angel Zabersky Trio (Angel Zabersky - piano, Stoyan Yankulov - Stundji - drums and Boris Taslev - double bass). Their concert "Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea" is part of the project "Jazz in the Museum" of NGO Cause Culture, which partner for Burgas is the Regional historical museum.

The project "Jazz in the Museum" includes 12 concerts throughout the country. Each of them has different performers and contains both world-famous produced and author's works by contemporary Bulgarian composers of jazz music. The purpose of Jazz in the Museum is to present new or new readings of "classical" jazz pieces to the musicians in the established jazz centers such as Rousse, Burgas, Varna, Stara Zagora, Sofia, but also to attract new fans from cities, In which jazz concerts are not a frequent event. "The content and performers of each concert are different, which would allow the same audience to "follow" the concerts in different cities and create a sustainable interest in the cycle", - says Veronika Azarova, author of Project and chairman of "Cause Culture".

For the place of this unusual musical evening, on 1 August, the most cozy green corner in the middle of Burgas - the yard of the Ethnographic Museum (69 Slavyanska Str.) was chosen. The charity concert will be with a free-entry and jazz music lovers will have the opportunity to contribute to a noble cause.

Association "Cause Culture" was founded in 2014 by famous Bulgarian intellectuals and scientists, among them Prof. Georg Kraev, Prof. Maria Popova, Dr. Veronika Azarova, Mrs Desislava Mihaylova, Mrs. Maria Kasimova - Moise and Etc. The aim of the Association is to support the research and dissemination of the cultural and historical heritage and its preservation for future generations, to develop and promote multidisciplinary projects in the field of culture and the arts.
