Summer School on traditional folk crafts and contemporary applied arts' 2011

Every year from mid June to the end of August, Summer School on traditional folk crafts and contemporary applied arts takes place in Ethnographic complex (69 Slavyanska str.). The workshops involve people of all ages.
This year (2011) we offer workshops in the following areas:

1. Paintings, prints, stained glass, painting on fabric, making collages, modelling, colouring ceramics - from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:00 between 20th of June - 31st of August. Every week "Armstrong Center" will be presenting new techniques and materials.

2. Ceramics - work on a potter's wheel and creation of sculptures and ceramics – Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 12:00 - from 20th of June.

3. Crochet and Bulgarian embroidery - Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00, from 20th of June.
