Bulgarian brass folk instrument from the type of the wooden pipes, but with two barrels, one of which is for the melody and the other for burdonna. Dvoyanka is not widespread, it can be found mainly in areas where the melody is diphthong: Southwest, Central West and southern Northwest Bulgaria. In Eastern Bulgaria this instrument is completely unknown and in other parts of the country it is very rare.

Dvoyanka is made from whole wood piece - maple or sycamore, which is drilled for two parallel pipes. At the front of the melody barrel there are six holes for fingers and at the side only one resonator.

Dvoyanka reaches 25 to 55 cm, the thickness is up to 2 cm. For the convenience of the users the upper edge in the mouthpiece is cut across the width of the arc.
