Rusokastro - emblematic finds from recent archaeological seasons

And this Tuesday (10 October) at the Ethnographic Museum on "Slavyanska" street № 69 at 17:30 will be held a lecture from the museum-educational program of the Regional Historical Museum Burgas "Get to know Burgas and the Burgas region". The topic of the lecture is "Rusokastro - emblematic finds from the last archaeological seasons". The proposed material, developed by Detelina Hristova, fundkeeper of the Archaeological Exposition, presents curious and interesting facts from the history of the "Late Antique and Medieval Fortress of Rusokastro" and some of the most interesting finds discovered during the last archaeological seasons. The lecture is related to the 691st anniversary of the Battle of Rusokastro in 1332, which ended with the victory of the Bulgarian king Ivan Alexander over the Byzantine army led by Emperor Andronicus III Paleologus.
The entrance fee for adults is BGN 5, for students and pensioners - BGN 3.
